Winston was going to have a check up and get his vacs. No matter what we have tried with his food, he continued to get sick about every other day. He didn't bleed anymore but he would vomit and have loose stools. My vet did an x-ray and he has cancer. He also has a level 6 heart murmur. She only expects him to live for about 6 more months. The cancer is in his stomach and is already spread to surrounding organs. She said that he is in no pain right now but that will not always be the case and we will have to monitor him closely. He has to be fed 4 very small meals of Canned Puppy Food a day. The diagnosis explains a lot but we sure are going to miss him when his day comes. For the short time that he has been with us, he has become a very important part of our family. We love him very much. Please keep him in your prayers. His cancer got the best of him and he was no longer able to eat. He will be missed very much. He was my little bed buddy.
